I’ve been at Osteria Procaccini, the Crosswicks location since opening day 2015. I started out as a server, and before I knew it became a team leader. Not only do I lead there, but you can also find me at other Osteria restaurants filling in for vacationing team leaders. When I’m not working at the restaurant, you can find me in the front of a classroom teaching math to 5th and 6th grade boys. I enjoy working at OP. I love the lively atmosphere, yet it still feels like home. We are a true family.
