I’ve been a part of this team since we opened in 1999. I began as a dishwasher & was content. My boss kept telling me to move forward & progress. Well after all these years I’m a kitchen team leader & float around from 1 location to another training others. What I like most is we not only grew a business but we grew an extended family as well. I’m also grateful that my boss saw the potential in me when I did not think I would be a good fit as a chef.
